Welcome to NAKATANI.
Seven years have passed since the opening of our restaurant.
In 2021, we opened the counter in front of the kitchen, “Table de Chef”, to take advantage of direct contact, to have the pleasure of communicating with clients, and to feel the special atmosphere born in this little corner.
This is a special space with only 4 seats, please have a memorable time while watching the conversation and presentation by the chef.
Chef Shinsuke Nakatani and his team prepare French cuisine using seasonal ingredients and we look forward to welcoming you.

Since arriving in France in 2001, Shinsuke NAKATANI has gained experience in several restaurants in the provinces.
Next to Hélène DARROZE in Paris, he worked for 9 years, the last 3 of which were as a Chef. Finally, on September 9, 2014, he opens his own restaurant “NAKATANI”, where you can savor his creativity.
Since 2016, NAKATANI is always listed in 1 star in the famous Michelin guide in France.
